                           Discuss about the umpire by ASA to come by 9 a.m.

                           Provide water for players

                           Request inside dugouts keep clean

                           Report will be plenty of food

                           Raining the ground drain up to umpire

                           Report the umpires donate softballs

                           Awards to 1^st to 5^th at field

            Report of 2005 Host Chairperson:             

                           Discuss about new business on moving the 2006 tourney from July to June

                           As Sprint will sponsor SWSAD and brought flyer for 2006 for officers’ review & accepted
